As a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, Jennifer now focuses her contributions as an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist. Her recent work emphasizes psychometric testing, coaching, and the development of talent acquisition programs that align with strategic talent planning. She is ready to collaborate with you in identifying the ideal talent to meet your organizational goals.

Jennifer embodies the true Midwestern spirit, having grown up, studied, and worked across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Her global experiences, including time spent living in Switzerland and now in England, bring an international perspective to her life and work. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, home decorating, and walking her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Dash Doodle and Daisy. Along with her partner David and their son Casper, they love hiking, exploring new restaurants, and traveling—especially visiting European Christmas markets.
